Founder & Principal
Charles understands the commercial and operational drivers of his clients' businesses, offering practical, commercially driven solutions. With over 20 years of experience at law firms and industry bodies, he has a depth of knowledge and experience across a range of industries. He specialises in workplace relations, covering performance management, termination, employment contracts, company policies, workplace restructuring and change, conflict resolution, work health and safety, compliance and more. Charles has a high level of success advocating for clients, and regularly appears before the Fair Work Commission. With a particular interest in corporate governance, Charles has advised a wide variety of clients on appropriate strategies for managing risks faced by business owners and boardroom members. He is also a regular contributor to trade press and media on workplace relations issues.
